These cookies may be gingerbread but eating them would be tantamount to breaking off a piece of the north transept rose window of Notre Dame and using it as a coaster. Or, perhaps in simpler terms, A HEINOUS SIN. Semi-inspired by said window and medieval blacksmith puzzles, these cookies are really for hanging in a window or near lots of sparkly lights.
